Yummy No-Bake Crispy Peanut Butter Balls
These Peanut Butter Balls are a great quick, easy low sugar treat for you or the kids!
And they take no time to make, are gluten and refined sugar free and are delish!
Break up 2 cups of popped rice cereal (I used the flat end of a rolling pin to break them up)
1 cup of smooth peanut butter
1-2 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on how sweet you want them)
Dampen your hands and roll into balls.
Place on a tray in the fridge or freezer to set for at least 30 minutes
Dip in melted dark chocolate or if you prefer, roll them in desiccated coconut before you put them in the freezer.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
If frozen, just remove and let them warm up for a few minutes before devouring.
