It is naturally antibacterial so won’t become smelly or mouldy, is chemical free and long lasting. Fat does not congeal to the fibre and the bristles allow it to easily clean difficult to get into kitchen utensils and appliances. It cleans without scratching enamelware and timber bread boards, is dishwasher safe, long lasting and doesn’t contain micro plastics that pollute our waterways and enter our food chains.
