*Valerian is a sedative herb - only use it before bed. Valerian contraindicates with some medications, seek medical advice before using. Valerian also has a bit of an 'odd smell' so please be aware of this before purchasing :-)

*Magnesium used topically can feel itchy on the skin. This is normal. It reduces over time when using the product. (Just avoid using it on any broken skin or areas after shaving) We recommend massaging it into the feet.

Distilled water, Valerian, Magnesium Chloride, Hemp seed oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Shea butter, Polar wax, Benzyl alcohol & Dehydroacetic acid (Geogard 221), Bergamot essential oil
External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and skin abrasions. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.
